Pullman Sydney Hyde Park Hotel

We recently stayed at a hotel in Sydney and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of Hyde Park. The bathroom was clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and we enjoyed starting our day with a satisfying meal. We were also impressed with the facilities the hotel had to offer, including a rooftop pool and a gym.

The only downside was that the noise from the street occasionally disturbed our sleep.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. the room had a great view of the park and the beds were comfortable. the buffet breakfast was delicious and we were seated promptly each morning. the hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to attractions like the Aquarium and Circular Quay.

Our room lacked some basic amenities such as bed sheets and clear instructions for using the TV and accessing Wi-Fi. the room service food was disappointing, with overcooked chips and a pizza that tasted reheated.

I had an amazing stay at the Pullman! The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooftop pool and spa were a great added bonus, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The service from the staff was exceptional, with their professionalism and welcoming attitude making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, centrally located to all the sights of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The hotel had a fantastic location, with easy access to the underground station, a short walk to the harbour, and close proximity to some amazing restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered was convenient and though slightly expensive, it was worth the price.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, as we were participating in the SMH half marathon that started in Hyde Park. The room was spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two queen size beds instead of just one. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillow menu was a nice touch. The bathroom was also impressive with its size and hot water. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Despite the minor inconvenience of the lifts undergoing refurbishment, we understand that it is a temporary issue. The decor and age of the room were slightly outdated, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

From the moment we entered this hotel, we were welcomed with warm and friendly staff who were always ready to assist us. the exclusive amenities in the room were luxurious and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness center which offered great massages. the room service was prompt and efficient.

the water was too cold to swim, and the sun loungers were not comfortable.

This hotel offered an exceptional luxurious experience; from the grandiose private facilities to exclusive in, room breakfast service and sun loungers by the outdoor heated pool with a stunning view. the top, notch service and well, equipped spa and wellness centre added to the ultimate relaxation.

We experienced a minor inconvenience with the pillows, as the ones provided did not match our preferences, but the staff was quick to offer a solution and eventually provided us with the type of pillow we needed. this hotel provided us with an unforgettable and lavish stay.

The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It is also conveniently situated near shopping areas and directly across from a beautiful park. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a nice view from the window. The bathroom is big and the bed is comfortable. The staff provides good housekeeping service and the hotel offers a range of facilities for guests to enjoy.
